Optimum Personnel are proud to announce that they have succesfully completed their Care Quality Commision registration under the Care Standards Act 2000. Moving forward, this provides our organisation with an excellent opportunity to further it's stature as a leading social care agency in the supply of temporary staffing to adult services across the North-West.

Optimum Personnel has attained Audited Status with the REC.  

Optimum Personnel scored highly on all aspects of industry compliance and ethical conduct after undergoing a rigorous independent assessment in all prescribed areas of its recruitment practices. 

This audit scheme – run by the REC, the trade association for the UK’s £26.6 billion recruitment industry– is the most comprehensive audit of its kind, providing an official endorsement that any agency achieving it conducts its business lawfully and ethically. 

Michael Ryan said of attaining Audited status: “I think it will be of benefit to all of us. It is a reassurance to clients that we are acting in an exemplary way and demonstrating the highest standards, and also to candidates coming to register that they are dealing with a professional agency. 

 “Having some form of accreditation like this does set you apart from the rest so from our point of view it is a real bonus and a wonderful achievement.”

Optimum Personnel is proud to announce the opening of it's new office within the grounds of Aintree train station opposite the world famous Aintree Racecouse, home to the Grand National. The purpose bulit two storey buliding comes equipped with full staffing car park, luxury waiting area with complimentary refreshments, children's play area and training/meeting rooms to ensure that Optimum Personnel can provide state of the art facilities when providing it's services across the North-West.
