Optimum Personnel work closely with the Private/Public sector to offer candidates a wide variety of positions enabling us to find the right job for you. You will be placed into one of our client's establishments supporting adults/children in areas such as mental Health, learning disabilities, social emotional behavioral disabilities and Physical Disabilities amongst others.

Each new employee of Optimum Personnel will undertake courses that are both comprehensive and detailed, and ensures that you are able to deliver best practice at all times.
